COA delegation to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change
Protesters gather at the 29th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Baku, Azerbaijan, where the annual COA delegation, led by professor Doreen Stabinsky, was in attendance. The US has since begun to formally withdraw from the framework.
